- PHONE ORDERS are accepted at 413-586-1181. CQ staff is in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays to receive your call. At other times you may leave a message clearly stating your name and phone number. We will return calls within the US and Canada.

Please also give us your email address and phone number. Our staff will email you a receipt the day your order is processed and shipped.

Our Shipping Department is staffed on Tuesdays and Thursdays and we make every effort to ship all orders that we have in house on those days. There is a $3 handling fee on all orders (except subscriptions).
Bulk discounts are available for those who wish to order quantities of five or more of a single title (for books) or 10 or more kneepads. Contact us for pricing.
Individual Customers: If your product does not meet your expectations, please contact us and tell us about your order so we can work together to remedy the problem. Your purchase can be returned to CQ within three months of purchase for a full refund or exchange. When you re-package your purchase, please take care to use appropriate packing materials to keep it safe. CQ does not pay for return shipping fees, other than for damaged goods.
Distributor and Bulk Orders: Up to a maximum of 40% of an order may be returned. All returned items must be in good, sellable condition. Order must be returned within 6 months of purchase. Refunds will be made by check. A restocking fee of 10% of the value of the return is charged.
